CenterLine® 230BP combines effective GPS guidance with automatic boom section control. Guidance modes include parallel, curved AB and headland modes. Setup is quick and easy, and the overhead map view is simple and intuitive.
Automatic boom section control uses your GPS location and a record of sprayed area to automatically switch off any sprayer boom sections that overlap a previously applied area. This capability is very useful on point rows, in situations where swaths are curved, and even at the end of each pass. Reducing overlap saves material inputs, crop stress, fuel, time and operator stress.
Automatic boom section control capability is built into the console. Simply connect the appropriate SmartCable to interface with your existing spray rate controller. CenterLine 230BP is compatible with most rate controllers, and installation is quick and easy.

TeeJet Technologies Flow Back valves are improving the accuracy of spraying operations in a broad range of applications. The patented Flow Back feature provides rapid shut off of spray tips when boom sections are shut off. These valves eliminate the five second, ten second, or even longer shutoff delay common on sprayers equipped with standard valves. Flow Back valves relieve the remaining pressure in the boom after the section valves are shut off. No more waiting for the eventual shut-off of the spray tips. The boom remains full of spray solution as only a limited amount of liquid must be diverted back to the tank to eliminate the pressure. They are an excellent complement to any sprayer equipped with automatic boom section control technology.

The AITTJ60-VP Air Induction Turbo TwinJet® is the newest addition to the Turbo TeeJet platform of spray tips. It is a flat pattern spray tip utilizing air induction technology to provide larger droplet sizes to reduce off target drift. With matching forward and rearward facing spray patterns, it is an ideal spray tip for postemergence applications requiring a combination of coverage, penetration and minimal spray drift. Made of a polyacetal material , the AITTJ60-VP provides excellent wear life and chemical resistance. Six flow capacities are available from 02 through 06 with a suggested pressure range of 20 to 90 PSI. The Air Induction Turbo TwinJet is ideal for fungicides, insecticides, and contact herbicides. It has a dual outlet orifice to produce two spray patterns and offers good coverage with increased canopy penetration.

The Air Induction XR Flat Spray Tip AIXR TeeJet® provides a 110° wide, tapered-edge flat spray pattern with air induction technology for better drift management. Made of a two-piece UHMWPE polymer construction with VisiFlo® color-coding, UHMWPE provides excellent chemical resistance, including acids, as well as exceptional wear life. AIXR tips are available in seven tip capacities with a wide operating pressure range of 15-90 psi (1-6 bar). AIXR’s technology utilizes a combination pre-orifice and venturi air aspirator to promote droplet sizes large enough to manage drift — without sacrificing canopy coverage.

Automatic Section Control Complimenting the TruCount Air Clutch for Corn Planters
RowPilot is an automatic section control product that provides planter section control when connected to a CenterLine® 230BP or BoomPilot® Pro device and a Tru Count Air Clutch® system for corn planters. The RowPilot will automatically shut off planter row sections where overlap occurs, saving seed input costs. RowPilot automatically resumes planting when the overlapped area has been exited.
With the assistance of GPS information received from the CenterLine 230BP or BoomPilot Pro consoles, RowPilot can operate planters with 8, 12, 16, or 24 rows. The included switchbox allows for the manual operation of planter clutches.
