Rogers Realty & Auction Co., Inc. was established in 1964 as a real estate brokerage firm. In the early 1970’s the firm started its auction division.
We are a member of a national network of 43 established auction companies in 25 states who have joined together in order to share expertise, marketing ideas and develop cutting edge technology and most importantly offer a national presence with local expertise.

The commercial agents have met the needs of major corporations by providing site selection, build to suit and disposition services. Lead by a CCIM, the commercial team works in multi-state areas.
The leader of our land group is active in the Realtors Land Institute. The land brokers provide development, buyer and seller representation, traditional and auction marketing services.
Our valuation services cover both real estate and non-realty assets. The team leader led a national valuation group prior to joining our staff.
