10th Annual Firefighter Fashion Show The Firefighter Fashion Show is an annual event that we participate in to raise funds to support charities affiliated with the Charlotte Fire Department, and to help promote fire safety in the community.
Proceeds from this year’s show will go to the Charlotte Firefighters’ Burned Children Fund, which is a non-profit organization dedicated to the support and recovery of burn patients and the prevention of burn injuries by assisting survivors, firefighters, and their families. www.ffbcf.org
Here are a few of our Charlotte Firefighter Department models…
Tim Brown (Relief Captain on Ladder 32-a hazardous materials truck) – Tim is a veteran of the Firefighter Fashion Show, has been with the CFD for 8 years and is also a certified personal trainer.
Stephen Pritchard (FFII assigned to Rescue 10) – Stephen has been a part of the show for years, has been with the CFD for 11 years, and is a former professional baseball player.
Tommy DeFrancisci (FFII assigned to Ladder 32-hazardous materials truck) - This is Tommy’s first year participating in the fashion show. He has been with the CFD for 4 years, is a Marine, and will be featured in Southpark magazine this month.
Josh Johnson (FFI assigned to Engine 4) - This is Josh’s second time participating in the show. He has been with the CFD for 2 years, and will be featured in Southpark magazine this month.
Jeff Nixon (assigned to Engine 39) - This is Jeff’s first year with the show. He has been with the CFD for 7 years, and will be in Southpark Magazine this month. Jeff will also be appearing on the Cooking Stage on Friday afternoon to share his mango pork recipe that was featured on Regis & Kelly in June.
