Local mother-daughter culinary team Loretta and Stefanie Paganini will join us on Sunday during Mother Daughter Day for Fast & Fabulous Autumn Pasta. Loretta is the owner of The Loretta Paganini School of Cooking in Chesterland, OH. In addition to writing cookbooks and guiding group cooking tours to Italy, she is also a weekly guest on WKYC Ch. 3’s Good Company. Stefanie is the Director of Student Services at the International Culinary Arts & Sciences Institute (ICASI) and is debuting a new television show, Dinner and Drinks on Ch. 23. She also has a weekly radio food segment on WDOK 102.1FM.
